All edoc packages that are over 150 pages total will cost an additional $25.00 which includes brokered FHA loans.

Requirements to fax back or email copy of entire closing package will cost an additional $75.00.

All fees are negotiable!  If a closing is cancelled before I leave for the appointment, you will be charged for e-docs if they have been printed.  If the borrowers are not home, refuse to sign, or rescind the loan, 100% of my fee is due.

Fees for Services provided by REClosingAgent, LLC

• Mobile Notary Signing Agent Fees vary with mileage, but start at $25.00 for up to 20 miles one way.
• $5.00 per Signature for Acknowedgements, Jurats and Verification of Proof
• $5.00 per person for oaths and affirmations
• Faxbacks $1.00 per page
• Emergency Charges Apply

All fees due at time of service.
