All edoc packages that are over 150 pages total will cost an additional $25.00 which includes brokered FHA loans.
Requirements to fax back or email copy of entire closing package will cost an additional $75.00.
All fees are
negotiable!
If a closing is cancelled before I leave for the appointment, you will be charged for
e-docs if they have been printed. If the borrowers are not home, refuse to
sign, or rescind the loan, 100% of my fee is due.
