Title Abstracting Services

Title Searches:  I provide Current Owner title searches for Wake, Chatham, Durham, Orange, Lee, Harnett & Johnston Counties.  $55.00 per current owner search or update from policy if YOU provide the policy. If I have to try and locate a prior policy, the fee is $65.00. Full Seachers, Deed out of Developer Searches and others $75.00 - $100.00.

Document Retrieval:  Wake, Durham and Chatham county document retrieval including Deed of Trust, Assignment, Satisfaction and/or releases, Deeds.  Photocopies will be provided.  Court certified copies are available upon request for an extra fee.

Recording Services: Available to record Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, Assignments, Satisfactions and Releases and other recordable documents in the Wake, Durham and Chatham County Register of Deeds offices.  Recording services available within 24 hours of receipt of documents.  Recording receipt will be provided via fax/email on date of recording.
